Pulsecheck – You say, we listen

Effective feedback, both positive and negative, is very helpful to keep the company up to date. This is why we use Pulsecheck – an annual engagement survey conducted by AON Hewitt. Every year we aim to engage as many team members as possible to take part and share their feedback. The results from it have a significant role in company’s strategic planning.

The idea was based on the empowerment of team members as decision makers - “You say, we listen”.

The campaign was a mix between focused personal communication and creative BTL activations. It scored engagement rates 16 points higher than the average in Europe.
