Health management

Lidl “Health Management” project is a 1 year long program of various activities aimed at Lidl’s 2500 employees in order to improve their physical and emotional well-being and motivation. We focused on their health as a main indicator of their happiness and quality of life. The activities range from numerous educational seminars and creative booklets to sport and physical activities both indoors and outdoors. The project is based on a research conducted beforehand, which highlighted the employees’ expectations and needs.
