1,300 young professionals to be wanted and recruited in one year – if we ask you right now what do you think of this plan, most of you would probably say “too ambitious” out of courtesy, while actually thinking the plan is simply „crazy“.

Steve Jobs once said: „The people who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who actually do.“ Inspired by this saying, in September 2017 Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in CEE, launched the #IamWIZZcrew campaign - the biggest recruitment and employer branding campaign in the history of the company.

The aim of the international project is to position Wizz Air among the top employers in Europe and to attract 1,300 professionals on the markets WIZZ operates, including Bulgaria. The campaign follows investment in the purchase of 21 brand new Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft arriving in 2018. This way, by year-end the WIZZ team will number the impressive 4,500 professionals.
